How RMA works
Here's how it works:
Background Monitoring: Downloaders are required to run a background application that allows the system to check the status of the SFs regularly, typically once daily.
Status Updates: If an SF is confirmed and the user is active, the file status is marked as "live." If the user's status is uncertain and the SF's presence is unconfirmed, the system sends a push notification as a warning to that user and device.
Non-Response Protocol: If there is no response from the user after two consecutive checks, Enerzion labels this device as having "dead" status.
